ONE80 Multisport provides a personalized multisport training solution, individualized to your ability and fitness levels, with the aim of reaching your short, medium and long terms goals.

The program adapts to your fitness levels on a weekly basis to ensure you are getting the most out of every workout.

What exactly is included…

First things first, you!

– A FREE discussion around your needs and wants out of a coach and training program.

– Full on-boarding interview via Zoom (or similar),

– Fitness testing with Internationally recognized protocols.

– We give you a report and analysis of your results, per sport.

– Based on test results; your short, medium and long term goals are finalized.

– Premium access to Today’s Plan online training portal.

– Your season over view is generated and specific goals and races are incorporated.

Monthly Commitment:

– Overall feedback analysis from the prior month and looking forward to the coming months training.

Weekly Commitment:

– Your Program is delivered Thursday prior to the training week.

– Catch-up with the coach to go through the last weeks training and the goals for the week ahead.

Daily Commitment:

– Available for questions via WhatsApp.

Additional Commitments:

– Feedback of all testing every 5 to 6 weeks.

– Technique tips and tricks via blog or Facebook Group

– Motivation and interest blog’s and posts on Facebook Group or to mailbox

– Access to Training Camps & Workshops (additional fee)
