Why do I Coach…
Growing up around sport, with both parents being very active, I was drawn in by the physical and social attributes of being involved with sport.
I was never the fastest or the strongest, but the joy in training and competition was what drove me to become the athlete I am today. This foundation is what I want to give back to all my athletes.
If there is one goal I have for all my athletes; it is to enjoy and love what you are doing, this will bring the passion for your training and the results you want will follow.
